When Nobody Sees
When nobody sees
Someone Is Watching
Watching your every move
And thought
And habit…
Counting the tremors in your breath
Like a metronome for your undoing
When nobody sees
Someone Is Watching
Watching closely, perpetually
With the patience of shadows
That linger in proof of the Light
Revealing the rhythm of your doubts
Learning the truth of all your decisions
Watching your every move
To investigate your deepest perceptions
And to trace the path you choose
Watching your every habit
For habits become altars
And altars reveal who and what you worship
When nobody sees
When nobody sees
YAHWEH Is Watching
HE Who Shaped the dust of your bones
And Called your spirit by name
Before language touched your lips
HE Measured the oceans in HIS Palms
Just as HE Measures the quiet motives of your heart
When nobody sees
HE Sees…
With Eyes of Divine Omniscience
With the Patience of all Eternity
And HIS Love and Mercy there remain
For The ONE Who Watches
Is also The ONE Who Calls
When nobody sees
HE Is Watching
HE Is Waiting
With a Patience older than the mountains
In Surveillance
And in Presence
As an Invitation for you to come and Feast with HIM
When nobody sees
YAHWEH Is Watching
HE Sees your secret tears
That never find a witness
HE Knows the war
Between who you pretend to be
And who HE has formed you to become
When nobody sees
Somebody Sees
Even if you never realize it
And in the end you will find
Nothing is hidden from The ONE
Whose Eyes are ever Watching
And to Whom every heart’s truth is laid bare
