Light casted Its hands and scattered
Its ripples
Parting here and dividing there
Waters on waters everywhere
That was the very first day of the first year 

“Seas,” HE Called them
Bringing forth every form of life
There all things were born and died
Except the Eight, trees, and two of each kind
That was when men were ruled by Pride

Then their wet bodies receded in place
Some, in a very frozen state
Pond, River, Stream, and Lake
Ocean where darknesses quiver and quake
Cold worlds deep down below daybreak

Concealing comfortably, coasting confidently
For a limited time only
As it props the platform for the king of tyre’s boasting
Aiding his secret trades and hosting
Conclaves beneath, disclosing men of power toasting

In that aqueous city where the high and elite
Garner perverted intel for mammon’s sake 
In return for money, possessions, and fame
Taking blood oaths, and honoring the name
Of the queen of heaven, goddess of baal and shame

Who baptizes them saying, “The sea is always right”
Not easily manipulated or restrained
But Red was parted by Aaron’s Mighty rod
Which saved an entire nation whose lives had crossed
The Jordan declaring The One to face that fox called herod

And the Finger of the Almighty YAHWEH
Stirs up and casts down the cup that is full
Every false spirit that lies in undulating themes
HE sends the Destroyer to dismantle their schemes
And HIS Wrath of the scythe and the winepress teems

For pharaoh learned the hard way
That the murky depths of the Nile’s daily rituals
Ran into the muddied waters of the Sea
Where water spirits rampage with rapacious glee
Surfacing every conjured spell for an atonement fee

But The Spirit in John escalated its purging potency
Thoughtfully and rightly preparing the way 
For YESHUA to walk on its raging ground
Proving that the winds and the waves only obey HIS Sound
And at the end all, it is HIS Voice that will confound

Everything feels HIS Magnitude and Measure
Then the Sea gave up its dead 
“And there was no more Sea,” to hide darkness’ folly
According to their deeds were they judged super swiftly
For the hidden depths of sin thrives, but for a limited time only
